For more than 18 years, Craig Wilburn, founder of Team Dynamo, has led his team to selling over 2,000 units worth more than $450 million in the greater Gainesville, Florida area. Wilburn received Gainesville’s Number 1 People’s Choice for Real Estate, and was awarded as the top-selling real estate team at Keller Williams Gainesville Realty. Wilburn began Team Dynamo in 2004 and joined the Keller Williams in 2014. Devoted to the Gainsville community, he serves on various boards for local charities and nonprofits. Wilburn is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), and is a Hall of Fame President’s Circle member of NAR’s Political Action Committee (RPAC). In addition, Wilburn is a sought-after speaker and real estate educator, believing that better REALTORS make for a better community.
