About this speaker
Dan Kruse began his career with CENTURY 21 Affiliated in 2000 after he received his real estate license while earning his Real Estate/Business Management degree from the University of Minnesota. Since then, Kruse has served as team leader and corporate vice president, and became president/CEO in 2015. As president/CEO and part-owner of the largest CENTURY 21 company in the world, Kruse oversees CENTURY 21 Affiliated Central Services, which handles all operations, including Human Resources, Marketing, IT, training and all accounting functions. CENTURY 21 Affiliated boasts over 120 offices with more than 2,300 agents throughout Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana and Florida, and grosses more than $3.5 billion in sales and closes 20,000+ transactions annually. Currently, Kruse is actively involved with the Wisconsin REALTORSⓇ Association, the Wisconsin chapter of The Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and serves on the South Central MLS Board of Directors.
