Darryl Davis entered sales at the age of 19, eventually becoming the youngest top-producing salesperson on Long Island, New York, averaging six transactions a month. Later, he began speaking internationally and became a best-selling author with McGraw-Hill Publishing for his book “How To Become a Power Agent® in Real Estate.” In 1993, he founded the POWER Program®, a real estate training system that has proven to help agents double their production over their previous year. Davis has appeared in movies and commercials and was also a featured comedian at Caroline’s Comedy Club in New York City, America’s premier comedy nightclub. He is one of a handful of real estate speakers to have earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform skill, which is held by less than 2% of all speakers worldwide.
