About this Speaker
Greg McClure, CEO/broker of Realty ONE Group Complete, launched his real estate career almost 25 years ago. He spent eight years working for a few different major brokerages before he decided he wanted to do something different and build his own company. Smart Click Realty was founded out of his garage in 2006 with one agent and one employee. Smart Click went on to become a very successful boutique brokerage and was awarded "Best of the Best" five years in a row. In 2014, McClure was approached by Realty ONE Group and asked to bring their brand to the greater Sacramento market. McClure found in Realty ONE Group a breath of fresh air within a stale, outdated industry. Realty ONE Group Complete was launched in Rocklin, California, in July 2014—and over seven years, the company grew from 18 agents to 700-plus with multiple offices throughout the greater Sacramento and San Diego area. McClure also serves as the regional franchise director and president for Realty ONE Group Equity Partners, and is responsible for the growth and brand development throughout northern California.
