Prior to jumping into real estate, Kristine Milkovich—a real estate specialist on The Milkovich Team at John L. Scott Real Estate—was employed for six years as a national director of Training and Education at L’Oréal USA. The education and training teams she hired and led partnered with the account salesforce to ensure that all professional salon members were educated on the best systems, tools, employee development and sales tactics in the industry. These platforms then supported salon owners in growing their client marketshare as well as identifying their brand and culture. In 2013, when Milkovich exited her 23-year salon industry career, she jumped wholeheartedly into the real estate world.
