Kymber Lovett-Menkiti, president of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), president of MG Residential and regional director for the Maryland and D.C. regions of Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI), is the highest-ranking leader of color at KWRI. As co-chair of the Keller Williams National Social Equity Task Force, Lovett-Menkiti played an integral role in the formal addition of equity to the core values of KWRI. Lovett-Menkiti sits on the boards of Crittenton Services of Greater Washington, Step Afrika! and Amplify. She is a commissioner on the D. C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities and is the immediate past president of the D.C. Association of REALTORS® (DCAR).
