Elisabeth Gehringer is COO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. With a franchise network of more than 1,400 affiliated company offices in the U.S. and 860 international operating companies, Gehringer oversees affiliate operations including growth, field service and talent attraction in addition to the international and Coldwell Banker commercial operations. Gehringer’s combination of operational, franchise and legal experience, as well as her ability to build a world-class program from the ground-up, positions her to drive strategic growth within Coldwell Banker Real Estate. She is a proponent of the Coldwell Banker Inclusive Ownership program, which has welcomed 17 new franchised companies within the first 15 months. Gehringer is the leading voice for the Coldwell Banker What Moves Her program and was named to HousingWire’s 2019 Women of Influence list for her efforts in driving the U.S. housing market forward.
