Meighan Wise is a team owner and broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty and a national ReThink panel leader for three years, a group of 15 top producers under 40 in the BHHS network. She graduated from Purdue University with a BA in English and has her Master's in Psychology from Indiana University. Wise started her real estate career in 2009 as a part-time REALTOR and full-time teacher. In 2017, she created the Wise Realty Group, which has grown from two to six team members in 24 months. In 2018, team production was $42M. In 2019, the team closed $55M and Wise went from personally producing over $30M for five consecutive years, to less personal production and a six-figure increase in GCI. 2020 was a record year for Wise Real Estate Group, with $75M in production In 2019-2020, the team was No. 9 in the BHHS worldwide network, and No. 1 overall in the state of Indiana.
