Paula Monthofer has dreamed of owning property since her days working at the Singing Banana Singing Telegram Company in New Jersey—and today, she can add home and investment property owner to her list of achievements. A REALTOR® at Sun Cactus & Pine Realty in Phoenix, Arizona, Monthofer was the 2017 president of Arizona REALTORS®, the 2017 Arizona REALTOR® of the Year and the 2019 region 11 vice president for the National Association of REALTORS®. Her experience as an active REALTOR®, national speaker and business leader translates in a fun and relatable way. Owner of the Focus School of Real Estate, Monthofer has been honored with NAAR’s Distinguished Service Award and Presidents Award. She was also the winner of the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce’s Young Athena Award in 2014. Most people in Flagstaff know her by her favorite title: Sam’s mom.
